The golden desert sand that lay at the foot of Neemrana Fort-Palace has been transformed into a forest of indigenous trees and an organic farm, from where fresh produce is plucked daily and served in the Fort-Palace.
Kanak Mahal, or the Palace of Gold / Wheat, now opens its doors to the discerning traveller looking for light and wholesome a la carte dining, including Japanese and Asian cuisines. This intimate restaurant has views of the Raj Kund pool, the hanging gardens and the hillside beyond.
With an emphasis on healthy cooking methods, Kanak Mahal offers guests lightly cooked delicacies from an open kitchen. Watch chef Pinaki Swarnakar transform them to a golden brown finish, and live up to his golden name !
Resident guests at Neemrana Fort-Palace can now enjoy a 5 km Vintage Car Ride around the Neemrana village for just Rs. 1000 (3/4 people). Please contact the reception during your visit to avail this service.
