  • Neemrana Fort Palace has seven palace wings built over 2.5 hectares/6 acres across twelve levels. Should you want two or more adjacent rooms, please make a request while booking.

  • The reservations office shall try its best, but all categories of rooms with similar prices, are not always found together.

  • There are 3 Duplex Deluxe Suites, 10 Deluxe Suites, 3 Grand Suites, 2 Duplex Suites, 8 Suites, 10 Small Suites, 4 Grand Rooms, 22 Rooms and 1 Tent which can sleep a total of 175 guests.

Accommodation

Please do not phone the hotel directly as we have a central reservation facility.

 

The above rates are valid till 30th September, 2013. Please contact the Delhi Sales office on +91 11-4666 1666 for the tariff post 1st October 2013.

 

Rooms, when available, can be given for day use from 9 am to 5 pm, at 60% of the normal room charge. However, a day booking at Neemrana Fort-Palace can only be done on the same day of the booking by calling the hotel directly. Day bookings are only possible from Monday - Friday and cannot be booked in advance. 

 

An off-season discount of 20% is offered from 1st May to 31st August (except Saturdays).

 

Daily housekeeping is included in the room rate.

 

There is a private bathroom for each unit.

 

There is no minimum stay requirement.

 

An extra bed can be arranged if space permits: Rs. 500 (+ taxes) for children and Rs. 800 (+ taxes) for adults.

 

Food & Beverage

Breakfast is included in room tariff. Fixed menus are offered at per head rates : Lunch Rs. 900/- and Dinner Rs. 1000/- (+taxes).

 

Most Saturdays during the season have a special cultural performance followed by a mandatory gala dinner for Rs. 1600/- (+ taxes). This amount is payable in advance.

 

Bar facilities are available for residents only. Personal liquor is not permitted.

 

Area blocking charges for lunch/dinner between Rs. 25,000/- and Rs. 50,000/-.

 

Non-residents

Non-residents, without prior lunch bookings, are not allowed entry, even if the Fort is not fully chartered. Each visitor is charged an entry ticket which is 100% adjustable against the room tariff and 50% adjustable against the lunch buffet – but not against snacks. Two children below 10 are allowed with their parents.

 

Weekday rate (Mon-Fri) is Rs. 500/- (9 am - 3 pm) & Weekend rate (Sat-Sun) is Rs. 750/-  (12 noon - 3 pm) for visiting the public areas only for 2 hours.

 

Meal Charges:  Breakfast Rs. 500/-, Lunch Rs. 1100/- . Saturday & Sunday buffet Lunch Rs. 1200/- .

 

Conferences

Conference halls are available at a charge of Rs 50,000/- for the Jalgiri Mahal(seats 100), Rs. 30,000/- for Darbar Mahal (seats 45) or Kasturi Mahal (seats 35) (Taxes extra).

 

Rs. 10,000 extra is charged for non-residents. Conference equipment is extra.

 

Activities

Ayurvedic massages and rejuvenation programmes are available. These range from Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 5000/- (taxes extra).

 

Two swimming pools and health Spa facilities only for residents.

 

Table tennis facility and indoor games for residents. 

 

A 5 km Vintage car ride around the Neemrana village for 3/4 residents guests @ Rs. 1000/-.
